Customization

Customization is available upon request.

Bumper, please provide the length and width of your mattress.
Fitted sheet, please provide the length, width and height of your mattress.
Blanket and pillow bolster cases, please specify the desired measurements.
Color customization, please choose from our color selections. Subject to availability.

Payment
Please make payment within 1x24 hours once the order has been placed. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Process Time
Processing time for a complete bedding set is 15-20 working days.

Returns & Exchange
Return and exchange is only applicable if there is a defect in the products. Please contact us for further assistance.
